SheSavvy, LLC is a Florida limited liability company.

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) outlines how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us on SheSavvy.com and our other properties including our mobile sites (the “Sites”).

The information you provide to us will not be shared with anyone except as described in this Policy.

Collection and Use of Your Information

User-Provided Information

When you visit our Sites or register for one of our services, you will provide personal information about yourself (including, but not limited to, name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, etc.). You may also provide personal information if you participate in sweepstakes and contests or message boards on our Sites. If you communicate with us via email, text message, instant message or other electronic format, we may retain the content of your communications, your email address and our responses. When you sign up for our affiliate network or Influence Network, we may ask you for personal information such as your name, address, email address, and social security number (social security number is used for tax reporting purposes).

Site-generated Information

When you visit our Sites, we collect site generated information (such as frequency of visits to any of the Sites, search terms entered, Site pages most frequently accessed, browser type, IP address, referring pages, landing pages, etc.) We use this information in an effort to improve your experience on the Sites, notify you of updates and changes to our Sites and to communicate with you about information that you may request from us directly or indirectly. We may also use this information to help us target specific services or offers to you, to help us develop and improve our Sites, and to tailor our Sites to your interests. SheSavvy uses site generated information as part of our business processes and in an effort to monitor, audit and/or analyze measurement analytics metrics.

Cookies

Cookies are pieces of information (small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters) which websites transfer to your computer’s web browser for storage on your computer’s hard drive. When you visit our Sites, we may place one or more cookies on your computer to uniquely identify your browser and enhance your browsing experience. We also use cookies to improve the quality of our service by storing user preferences and tracking user trends. A cookie does not collect personal information about you. In conjunctions with the Sites, SheSavvy operates social networking sites including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram and others (the “Network”). If you access or visit our Network, we may receive personally identifiable information and other information about you and your computer, mobile and other device(s) that you have made available to those services, including information about your contacts on those services. Some social networking sites connect directly with our Sites in order to exchange information.
Your decision to accept the use of your information is voluntary and our use of your information is governed by this Policy. Please review the privacy policies of each social media site, their individual practices and use of your information. SheSavvy is not responsible for the use of your information by third-party providers.

We reserve the right to use all personally identifiable information and other information about you and your device that we receive through third-party social networking services in the same ways described in this Policy.

Updates in Technology

We regularly modify and update our Sites through the use of new technologies. As we do so, we may gather your information through other means as these technologies provide. The information we gather is protected under the terms of this Policy.

How We Use Your Information

The information you submit when using our Sites is used to provide and enhance the services available on our Sites. By using our Sites, you consent to this use and any other use of information identified in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our Sites.

Any information or content that you voluntarily disclose on our Sites or social Network (“the “Content”) may be visible to the public in certain instances (blog posts, social Network shares and the like). If you delete the content it may still be viewable in cached, archived or other formats that have been saved by other viewers.

SheSavvy may monitor but has no obligation to manage content you post on the Sites. SheSavvy reserves the right to remove any such content for any reason including, but not limited to, Content that may violate our Terms of Use or to protect SheSavvy or any third party. SheSavvy may also remove Content subject to a request of any third party for reasons including, but not limited to, copyright infringement or unauthorized use.

If you prefer not to receive newsletters or other marketing e-mails from SheSavvy, please let us know by clicking on the unsubscribe link within any newsletter or marketing e-mail you receive from our Sites. However, you may still receive correspondence from us with regards to your account or your relationship with SheSavvy where appropriate.

SheSavvy reserves the right to use information we collect about your computer or mobile device (including geographic location) which we may use to identify you, for any lawful business purpose including our ability to show you content and sponsored messaging based on your location.

SheSavvy maintains the right to use all your data on a confidential basis in order to seek out compatible partners including, but not limited to, advertisers and other customers.

We use the information you submit (including any personal information) to operate, maintain and provide services on our Sites. By using the Sites, you consent to this use and any other use of information identified in this Privacy Policy. For example, from time-to-time, we may request information from users of our Sites in connection with a contest or a sweepstakes. Participation in these contests or sweepstakes is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice as to whether or not to participate in these contests or sweepstakes and disclose the required information. Information requested may include contact information as well as supplementary information as necessary. We will use the contact information to notify winners. We may publish winners’ first name, last initial and city of residence on the Sites and in order to comply with state law, we may be required to share: (i) winners’ first name, last name and address with state agencies and (ii) winners’ first name and last name with persons requesting such information via the mail.

We may also use the personal information you provide in order to communicate with you regarding new features, products or services available on our Sites or to improve your user experience.

On some of the Sites, we provide message boards and reply forums for visitors to post comments and messages for others to read. We may collect technical information about your post, such as the IP address from which you posted, and associate this information with your messages. Even if messages are deleted, we may retain copies and attendant information indefinitely.

When you post messages to the message boards, certain information, such as your email address, user name and/or full name, may be available to the public. You should be aware that even if you deleted the content you have posted, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your content. Any personal, information you post to a forum or message board may be visible to the public. Discretion should be used in disclosing any personal information in these open forums and message boards.

For the purposes of analyzing our Sites and how they are used by visitors, SheSavvy may use certain information about you and/or your content for use by third parties without identifying you as an individual to third parties. We may also provide access to our database by third parties for the purposes of market research, community and message board management, but only as needed in order to provide those services. We may also provide your information to our advertisers, so that they can serve ads to you that meet your needs or match your interests. We do not authorize third parties to use this information except for the express purpose for which it is provided. We are not responsible for the actions of or policies of third parties. Please be sure that any third party that you may choose to deal with has an appropriate Privacy Policy in place.

SheSavvy reserves the right use the information we collect about your computer, mobile, tablet, smartphone or any other device, which may be able to identify you and your geographic location, for any lawful business purpose. This may include, but not be limited to, gathering of demographic information about our Site visitors, analyzing trends and user activity on our Sites, diagnosis of sever related issues, and for any other purpose we deem necessary in providing our services. Through the use of geographically identified information we may show you content and sponsored advertising based on your location or interests.
SheSavvy reserves the right to use, transfer, sell and share aggregated, anonymous data about our users as a group for any lawful business purpose as stated in this Policy including identifying and seeking out advertisers, sponsors and customers.

In the event that SheSavvy sells substantially all of its assets, or one of SheSavvy business units are acquired, personally identifiable information of visitors to the Sites and aggregate information will likely be one of the transferred assets.

How We Share Your Information

Personally Identifiable Information

Except as described otherwise in this, SheSavvy does not rent or sell your personal information to other parties.
As described in this Policy, SheSavvy may share your personally identifiable information or information about your computer, mobile or other device with our affiliates and third parties solely for the purpose of providing services to you.
Except as otherwise described in this Policy, SheSavvy will not disclose personal information to any third party unless required to do so by law or regulation or if we believe that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the law, comply with legal process or investigate, prevent or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities; (b) to enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies or to protect the security or integrity of our Sites; and (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property or personal safety of SheSavvy users or others. SheSavvy is under no obligation to provide prior notice of disclosure in such circumstances.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, Site related browsing information, platform types, visitor paths, number of clicks, analytics, etc.) with third parties to help them understand the usage patterns for certain services and analysis purposes as deemed necessary by SheSavvy.

SheSavvy allows other companies, including ad servers, ad networks and affiliate networks the “Ad Networks”), to offer advertisements on our Sites. These Ad Networks send ads through your browser that appear on our Sites and as such, they receive your IP address. The Ad Networks may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript and similar technologies) to measure the response to their ads and subsequently customize future ads based on your visit to our Sites.

SheSavvy does not share any personally identifiable information with these Ad Networks without your consent.

Each Ad Network maintains their own individual Privacy Policy. Please review each policy at your discretion. SheSavvy has no responsibility for the Privacy Policy of external Ad Networks.

How We Protect Your Information

SheSavvy restricts access to personal information to SheSavvy employees and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Sites. We use secure socket layer (“SSL”) technology to encrypt and protect the security of your personal information. However, we cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to SheSavvy and you do so at your own risk.

To protect your privacy and security, we take steps such as requesting a unique password where appropriate in order to verify your identity before accessing your account. You are fully responsible for maintaining the integrity and secrecy of your password and account information or correspondence. If, at any time, you believe there has been a compromise of your password, you should immediately change your password to avoid any potential breach of your personal information.

IN NO EVENT WILL SHESAVVY OR ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES OR ANY PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DELIVERING THE SITES BE LIABLE IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS, USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITES, OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY FAILURE OR PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS OR LINE OR SYSTEM FAILURE (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, AND DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM INACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION OR INCONVENIENCE, DELAY, OR LOSS OF THE USE OF THE SITES). THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF SHESAVVY OR ITS AFFILIATES OR ANY OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Compromise of Personal Information

Should your personal information be compromised on our sites resulting from a breach of security, SheSavvy will take reasonable measures to notify those persons whose personal information has been compromised as per the notification procedures set forth in this Policy.

Children's Privacy

SheSavvy may contain content that is not appropriate for all users. SheSavvy does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register on our Sties without consent of a legal guardian. If we become aware that a user under the age of 13 has registered with any of our Sites, provided personally identifiable information, and SheSavvy has not obtained prior verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, the user profile will immediately be removed from our files.

If you are under 13, please do not register on our Sites or send any personally identifiable information to our Sites. If you believe that we might have any information from a user under the age of 13, please contact us at legal@shesavvy.com.

Third Parties

SheSavvy Sites may contain links to other externally operated parties unrelated to SheSavvy. SheSavvy is not responsible for the content of behavior of those third party sites. Please review the Privacy Policy of these third party sites before providing information to them.

SheSavvy is not responsible for the integrity or privacy of information you provide to third parties.

Third Party Advertisements and Technologies:

SheSavvy uses third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements on our Sites. As a result of these advertisements, a third-party cookie or other similar tracking technology may be placed on your browser. This technology uses information from your visit(s) to our Sites to target advertising within our Sites. SheSavvy may also use web beacons to help manage and optimize our online advertising. Web beacons enable us to recognize a browser's cookie when a browser visits our Sites. This helps us understand which advertisements bring users to our Sites and in order to deliver more relevant advertising to our visitors.

Our advertisers or other third parties described in this Policy may use advertising technologies to target advertising on our Sites. As we do not control data collection on third party sites, SheSavvy is not responsible for the data collection and/or use practices of these third parties.
