Affiliate Network Accounting Practices
Affiliates can be paid by PayPal, Check, Direct Deposit or Wire Transfer. Direct Deposit is the default method in your profile. You can switch between the available payment methods at any time by logging in and going to "My Account" - "Billing". For all payment options, payments are issued to the payee name listed in your account.
Affiliates can select PayPal as their preferred payment option. You can choose the PayPal option at any time by logging in and going to "My Account" - "Billing". There is a processing fee of $2.50 for each PayPal payment processed. SheSavvy is not responsible for any additional fees charged by PayPal.
Checks are mailed to the address listed in your account and made out to the payee listed in your account. There is a processing fee of $2.50 for each check issued. Checks are sent by regular mail service.
Direct Deposit is sent directly to your bank account. Direct Deposit is the default method in your profile. You can choose another option or change back to this option in the back end of your profile at any time by logging in and going to "My Account" - "Billing" and by providing your bank information. There is a processing fee of $2.50 for each direct deposit.
If you provide incorrect banking information resulting in returned payments, your account will be changed to Check until the information is corrected.
Direct deposits can take 1-2 business days to reach your account.
Payments are transferred to you by Wire. You can choose the Wire Transfer option at any time by logging in and going to "My Account" - "Billing".
SheSavvy charges a Wire Transfer fee of $35.00 per wire transfer. SheSavvy is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank for Wire Transfers.
Updating your payment details
You can enter or modify your payment and other banking details when you are logged into your account under "My Account" - "Billing". This is a secure section of your account profile.
SheSavvy pay on terms of Net 30 in the month following (Standard Distribution).
Net30 example: Commissions earned from September 1-30 are processed by SheSavvy on October 30. Payments are then issued the first week of November.
In order to qualify for the accelerated payout schedule, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be an active Affiliate on the SheSavvy Network for at least three (3) months
- Generate traffic on the Network for at least three (3) consecutive months
- Generate a minimum of $5,000 per month in net commissions for the previous three (3) months
- Be in compliance with our the Affiliate Terms of Service
If you meet these criteria, please contact your account manager to discuss a review of your payment schedule.
Commissions are paid monthly provided that your account has generated more than $50.00 USD in net commissions. Accounts with a balance of less than $50.00 USD will roll over to the next month, and will continue to roll over monthly until $50.00 USD is reached. Commissions and corresponding payments may be reduced or withheld in cases where an Advertiser reduces or withholds payments from SheSavvy.

Account Closure and Dormant Accounts
You may close your account at any time. Any closing balance under $10 will be forfeited. To close your account, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Your Affiliate account becomes “Inactive” when you have failed to generate commissionable activity through a Qualifying Link associated with your account for a period of 12 consecutive months. If your Publisher account is inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months, SheSavvy reserves the right to debit your Affiliate account balance in accordance with the schedule below to cover the cost of account maintenance until (a) you reactivate your account by generating a commissionable activity through a Qualifying Link (as described in the Terms of Service) associated with your account, or (b) your account balance is zero. If the balance in your inactive account is or becomes zero, SheSavvy reserves the right to close the account permanently and cease to maintain your account records and Network program access. The inactive account maintenance charge will not cause your account balance to become negative and will not cause you to owe money to SheSavvy.
Inactivity Fee Schedule:
- If your account balance is greater than $100 US Dollars (USD) a monthly fee the lessor of (a) $50 USD or (b) 10% of the outstanding balance will be assessed;
- If your account balance is less than $100 USD, a monthly fee of $10 USD will be assessed;
- If your account balance is less than $10 USD, a fee equivalent to the full balance in your account will be assessed.
It is your responsibility to manage your account to prevent dormant fees. SheSavvy will not notify you when your account is dormant.
